TRIPIL Board

In 2000, Tri-County Patriots for Independent Living filed Articles of Division with the Department of Pennsylvania State. The non-profit corporation became 4 non-profit corporations with distinct bylaws and boards of directors.

TRIPIL is the Parent Corporation. Chief Executive Officer is Kathleen Kleinmann and Board President is Bob Milan. This corporation provides administrative coordination, financial management, and information technology services to the family of TRIPIL corporations under a cost allocation plan.

TRIPIL Services is a provider of Home and Community Based Services specializing in the Consumer-Employer Model. Executive Director is Mike Cogley and Board President is Tim Buvit. The funding comes from the PA Department of Public Welfare and the PA Department of Aging through the Area Agency on Aging.

TRIPIL Enterprises is classified as a 501(c)(2) and is the owner of the Washington Headquarters Office. Executive Director is Kathleen Kleinmann as an administrative service of TRIPIL and the Board President is Scott McLaughlin. Income is received as rent from TRIPIL.
