Groups from around the nation were on Capital Hill advocating on behalf of many medicaid recipients in Washington DC for the "My Medicaid Matters ACTION". The purpose was to urge the Super Committee to support Medicaid and the many programs that it services for people who are disabled.
While more than a thousand folks from disability, senior, labor, civil rights and religious organizations are rallying on Capital Hill to tell Congress and the Super Committee that My Medicaid Matters, people from across the country are showing their support by calling, faxing and emailing members of the Super Committee for this rally. Many members of TRIPIL showed up to support their members who they serve.

The states are divided into six groups and each group is responsible for contacting two Super Committee members. The My Medicaid Matters was huge success.
