TRIPIL Boards of Directors
In 2000, Tri-County Patriots for Independent Living filed Articles of Division with the Department of Pennsylvania State. The non-profit corporation became four non-profit corporations with distinct bylaws and boards of directors.
Members of every board receive training and orientation to ensure effective oversight for each of the corporations.

TRIPIL (Parent Corporation)
TRIPIL is the Parent Corporation. This corporation provides administrative coordination, financial management, and information technology services to the family of TRIPIL corporations under a cost allocation plan.
The Chief Executive Officer of TRIPIL is Kathleen Kleinmann.
This corporation provides the Core Services of Advocacy, Skills Training, Peer Support, Nursing Home Transition, and Information and Referral. The funding comes primarily from the Pennsylvania Office of Vocational Rehabilitation and the US Department of Education, Rehabilitation Services Administration.
Community Services is a provider of Home and Community Based Services specializing in the Consumer-Employer Model as well as Agency Employer Model. The funding comes from the PA Department of Public Welfare and the PA Department of Aging through the Area Agency on Aging.
Accessible Dreams works to to expand opportunities for independent living by increasing the inventory of accessible housing choices.
