TRIPIL Boards of Directors
Tri-County Patriots for Independent Living was incorporated in 1990 under a different name, Tri-County Partnership for Independent Living. The name was changed in 1998 after a board reorganization to have board members elected from contributing local individuals with and without disabilities. In 2000, Tri-County Patriots for Independent Living filed Articles of Division with the Department of Pennsylvania State. The non-profit corporation became 4 non-profit corporations with distinct bylaws and separate boards of directors. On 6/30/11, TRIPIL Enterprises was dissolved. On 11/19/11, Accessible Dreams was incorporated in PA as an affiliate.

TRIPIL is the Parent Corporation. Chief Executive Officer is Kathleen Kleinmann and Board. This corporation provides administrative coordination, financial management, and information technology services to the family of TRIPIL corporations under a cost allocation plan.

Tri-County Patriots for Independent Living is the independent living center. This corporation provides the Core Services of Advocacy, Skills Training, Peer Support, Nursing Home Transition, and Information and Referral. The funding comes primarily from the Pennsylvania Office of Vocational Rehabilitation and the US Department of Education, Rehabilitation Services Administration.

TRIPIL Services is a provider of Home and Community Based Services specializing in the Consumer-Employer Model as well as Agency Employer Model. Executive Director is Stefan Manz.
